Orders and Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

We primarily ship from Vancouver Island, Canada, but for certain products like t-shirts, art prints, and other apparel, we use print-on-demand services. Depending on your location, these items may ship from the USA, Europe, or Eastern Canada to ensure faster delivery. Don’t worry, the estimated shipping time will be provided at checkout, so you'll know exactly when to expect your goodies!

For all other products (with the exception of custom orders), orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipments usually arrive within 7-14 business days, while international orders may take up to 21 business days. Shipping times may vary based on external factors like holidays or customs delays.

What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?

What payment methods do you accept?
